First of all: Stop worrying!
There are great advantages in getting the kind of broad background that you are getting in a number of areas of study...not the least of which is figuring out what you DON'T want to do.
Most people scarcely get the opportunity to look around and see what's out there. You are. And, while it is perhaps causing temporary confusion, this is your mind's way of considering the options, weighing pros and cons, thinking things through, etc. etc.
Keep at this as long as you need to. It's fine. You're getting closer to your answer with every step.
However, since you seem in a rush, I'll give you two simple thoughts to help in your consideration:
1) Try -- hard as it may be -- to NOT focus on the issue of money for this brief exercise. You are letting the worry of "economic soundness" cloud your thinking. Just take that out of the equation for about two minutes.
There are waaay too many people in the world who are miserable at their well-paying jobs. If you have a career and job you like, trust me, you will be able to make enough money to be comfortable.
Which leads me to:
2) Ask yourself this simple question: "From what I know now, If I had to do ONE thing for the next 30 years... 8 to 12 hours a day... 5 or more days a week...what would it be?"
You will be able to cross a line through most -- not all -- of your possible fields of interest if you give this exercise a short bit of your attention.
But -- you say -- you still have several areas on your list.
OF COURSE YOU DO!
And therein lies the ultimate answer for you at this point in your life: You CAN'T POSSIBLY have all the answers at this stage of your life!
Pick one (or two) that most interest you and that you most enjoy currently. And play them out. They will lead you down a path. That path will have dozens of switchbacks and changes in direction. You WILL -- and SHOULD -- change course along this journey. Hell... that's what its all about.
At the very least, you will find a Major (and a Minor, perhaps)... and you will be on your way. Where it leads next... to be determined...
